CUVÉE BLANC DE BLANCS
100% Chardonnay, Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs of Chouilly, this champagne expresses all the finesse and elegance of that grape variety, both on the nose and on the palate. This wine, with its floral and fruity notes, excels in freshness and harmony.
A Rosé Champagne whose beautiful colour comes from the addition of a home made red wine from a scrupulous selection of old Pinot noir grapes. This very fruity wine, with its aromas of red fruits, is delightful with white meat, meat pies and fruit desserts.
CUVÉE PRESTIGE GRAND'MAISON
Under this name, we present to you a remarkable and well-balanced blend of white Chardonnay grapes and red Pinot grapes. We recommend it to you for prestigious meals or aperitifs or for tasting among connoisseurs.

John Charles Ricciuti works out a 2011 vintage. From an accurate selection of old vineyards planted between 1957 and 1967 on the Champagne area of Chouilly, Grand Cru of Côte des Blancs. Topped up by a dosage of 6 g/l, this cuvee is a jewel of delicacy and elegance.

TRIBUTE TO ALBERT
A scientist blend of two champagne grape variety, this special cuvée is baptized in honor of Albert Ricciuti, an American GI, who landed on Utah Beach June 6th 1944 for DDay. During the liberation of the village of Avenay Val d’Or, he met Paulette Révolte and came back 18 years after the war to become the first and unique American winegrower in the champagne region.
